That was the sound of me hard at work today. Hey, us retired folk need a day of rest every now and then. Jane and Wags made it to the park for their walk - they both like that, and we did a little drive thru of a section of Cerro Azul we had not yet seen. But, for a goodly part of the day I made sure the couch did not move around on it’s own.
During one of my breaks from couch duty I was looking through my photos and found these two. Thought some of you might find them interesting. The photos were taken from the same vantage point in Casco Viejo looking out at the Bay of Panama. On St. Croix the tide was measured in inches and barley noticed. In Panama (on the Pacific side) its measured in meters and the differences between high and low is very obvious.
As you study these two pics - think on me listening to Martina McBride on the CD player, sipping a Bailey’s and looking at the lights of Panama City in the distance. How’s that for contrasts. Take care - thanks for visiting with us.
